- The estimated delivery times cover working days only (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays from the date of dispatch not from the time you place your order.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days from when payment is received and order confirmed.
- We will advise you of any known delays beyond the estimated dispatch times via email.
- In some rare cases it may be necessary for us to refund the cost of some items that will be unavailable for some time. Again we will advise via email.
- All product orders are delivered to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. Multiple deliveries will incur the flat shipping charge to each shipping address.
- If no one is available to take delivery of your parcel, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your parcel from your local post office. Where delivery is by our courier service (Fastway) and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
- If you have left us special instructions (in the comments box during checkout) for an order to be left in a safe location at home or at work, by doing so, you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.
- We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your parcel to you within the estimated delivery time if indicated on your order confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
Items can be returned if they:
- are or become faulty through no fault of your own
- don’t match our description or sample
- have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
The goods must be returned within a reasonable period (maximum 1 week after receiving the goods) and you may be asked for proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault. Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Contact Us to notify our returns department that you wish to return a product/order. Include the order number and reason for return.
Please note: If a product has to be returned due to our error, we will credit the order amount plus shipping costs. At our discretion, if we decide to offer a refund due to an error on your part, we will only credit the cost of the product, without the shipping costs.
